Integrated by Scrubbers Towers of high efficiency, used for the removal of Particulate Material, Acid Gases and Heavy Metals. Also used to inhibit and avoid the generation of Dioxins and Furans, in order to keep them under specified limits. Using this tested technology, with automatic controls, it is possible fulfill with the limits of gaseous effluents established by some legislations, which are not much restrictive..


GAS CLEANING SYSTEMS, WET WAY – 12 (TWELVE) PROCESS PHASES.

GAS CLEANING SYSTEMS, DRY WAY

It is about a Gases Cleaning System in Dry Phase, with Cooling Chamber and Energy Recuperation. It has a graduated entrance of fresh air, so that it could fit out its Temperature with the specified requirements that is in case of a Boiler or a Heat Exchanger. It is added a dispenser Equipment for neutralizer elements, which are thinly pulverized, such as the alkaline element for the acid gases absorption and the active carbon that works on dioxins and furans that might be present in circulate gases. The hopper for its storage and the Dispenser of Flow are incorporated to the System to fulfill its commitment. The Filter Equipment hold the Particle Material, the pulverized neutralizer products previously added, for the retention of the compounds present in gases such as the halogenated and heavy metals. An induced draft fan built in a special material is used to overcome drop of the system pressure. An emergency in by-pass chimney is installed, in order to protect the Cleaning System and the Fan mentioned before in case of luck of electric energy or in case of pressure of suction fail. The system is fulfilled by a chimney that leads gases to exterior.


ENERGY RECUPERATION

Boiler may be added in order to achieve Heat Recuperation, so that use properly the enthalpy typical in gases and generate Saturated Steam in quantities related to the Model of Furnace or hot water, according to the case.


MERCURY ABATEMENT EQUIPMENT

THIS SYSTEMS FOR TREATMENT AND CLEANING GASES USING CHIMNEY, OBEY EVERY REGULATION IN THE “U.S.E.P.A.”, IN THE “BRITISH STANDARD”, IN THE “27BPm. SchV” OF GERMANY, PORTUGAL, AUSTRIA AND COUNTRIES OF THE EAST EUROPE.

Gases of Post-Combustion Chambers are treated, as follows:

  • Event of Abrupt Cooling of Gases from 900º up to 200º
  • Neutralization of acid gases with components like HCI, SO2, HF, etc.
  • Removal of Particle Material from Heavy Metals and Mercury (Hg)
