WHAT IS PYROLITIC INCINERATION?

The Pyrolitic Incinerator “INCOL” uses a combustion process similar to the one used in the Coke production. The wastes are burned using their own calorific power, but with combustion air controlled, much under the stequiometrics needs. This lets a partial reaction that converts the wastes in a combustible gas whit oxygen defect, known as “Pyrogas”.

The deficiency of oxygen prevents the quick cracking of the free carbon and guarantees an extremely clean combustion process. The very low combustion speed avoid that an excessive solid material will turn on gas, maintaining low the rate of solid Particulate Material in the gases emitted to the atmosphere.

This unit is used for Medical Wastes coming from Hospitals, Zoonosis Centers and Treatment Centers with incineration Technology; and also with technologic adaptations for Industrial and Special Wastes from the most diverse industries. It is provided with a Control System of great sophistication, large volume of Secondary Chamber or Thermal Reactor, with Horizontal or Vertical Secondary Chamber, with the option of manual and automatic feeding.

It is typified by the Primary Horizontal and Rotary Chamber, in which it is possible vary as the operation temperature as the rotary speed in order to be adapted to the waste treated.
