It is modern software that allows because its flexibility, to be adapted to the process necessities and besides if it was necessary; it allows to make changes in some conditions of functioning. From this System could be made through different variables the Equipment locking.
Our software works using a PC with Operating System “Windows”. In the PC are read, compilated and recorded every process variables to obtain a functional evaluation of the equipment, as follows:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Vacuum
- Others
This software allows study each Process Variables necessary to do the evaluation of the performance of the Equipment, such as:
- Temperature of Sterilization
- Pressure
- Pressure of Sterilization
- Primary Chamber Vacuum
- State of Sterilization Cycle
- State and Time of each phase of the Process
- State and Time of the Total Sterilization Cycle
- Timetables and Time of each Sterilization Daily Cycle
In the same way, it is configured a complete system of graphics screens, alarms, reports, etc. of every events considered relevant, as well as an daily inform and a monthly one, with all information in detail with a summarized inform.
The software allows safeguard the access according to different levels previously established.
The level access selection, up to 5 (five) according to the ranks of the organization staff, so that be able to access at different stages of the program.
